Body Combat Training

During the 3 days training on 22nd-24th August, i really learned lots of things. Movements, skills, interpersonal skills, techniques, coaching cues, CRC.... Gosh... How can I remember all of those when i can't even remember what I've studied? Gosh... Perhaps... am really too interested in it.

I still remember when Ben ask us to shout fighter, but we ended up soft shouting 'fighter~~' in PCK language. Wakaka... But it was a really fun training. I have not regretted being a part in LesMills family. Although the training is quite costly, but the 3 days were worth it.

There are lots of funny and exciting parts during the training since the first day. Really miss the time but time flies... Haiz... Anyway, i will be starting my shadow today with Peggy, bet i'm gonna fulfill my friend's dreams. hehe..

Hiking of Petrol Price

The sudden increase in petrol price has badly affected all the people and even the constructions as well. Well, we should be thankful that our petrol price was still at RM1.92 although the world's petrol price has went up to 135dollars per barrel. Our government has really subsidies a lot and I'm sure that government could not take it for that long if it further burdens their budget and lead to temporary stops on most projects. However, this sudden increase in petrol has burden the Malaysian, but we should think about how our government suffered when there are too much budget deficits. More over, our prime minister is still working very hard to sought out the problems, get everything going. Yea... That's why we call, nothing is perfect.

As we know, usually there will be a long queue in all petrol stations the day before price hikes. But it only makes a difference about RM10 up to RM50. Perhaps it's true to say that you can eat plenty of meals with that amount, but have you ever thought that you could save up to RM100 or even more in a month just on food? As for some people that used to spend RM20 and above just on a meal, they could have their meals for RM10 that might be even more delicious. I think it's really time to save money right now as this is not the end of inflation, and it's going on and on. And of course it's right to say that if you could afford for a BMW, you could afford on petrols.

So, girls and guys, it's really time to save for our future. Remember, don't always rely on the government and complain that the government is useless. Just think positively that government is helping us to lighten our burdens, because there is no such a good government like ours.

Patience

Patience seems the most important thing for us and definitely it is a challenge for all of us. As we could see some people just simply scold others but they didn't know what were they up to actually. This could only spoil a friendship and throw everybody into bad mood. No matter how, PATIENCE is the most important.

Let's say, during ladies menses, ladies usually down into their bad mood for the very first few days, but no matter how bad mood we're in, we still need to calm down, be open minded and SMILE! A little smile could make everyone a good day. However, if ladies really feel extremely bad mood and couldn't control themselves, it would be better to stay at home and relax because there's a high possibility that could go mad..

Although there's something really hurt us so much, perhaps the best thing is to calm down, not to get anything worst. So, hopefully everybody can do it in order to stay cool and steady. No matter how bad mood we are, or even how busy we are, don't forget to respect all our friends and family members. We should stand on their position to think how they would feel when treat them like that. Although it is impossible for everybody to be like that, but of course, we can learn.. It really helps a lot in any moment of our life.

From primary age till now, i always remember what my teacher has taught us before, we must do at least a good thing every single day but if we do a bad thing, it would crossed away the good thing we've done. By doing a good thing such as helping our friend to pick up the eraser that they've dropped, you'll make them happy. So remember, SMILE and help anybody whenever you're possible to.

By showing the sad face or angry face or any weird personality would just make others see you as not mature yet even if you're at your 30s. Before we could show our anger or sadness, we should stand on the publics' side of view. Although it sounds easy, but it's never as easy as what we've thought.

So learn la... I need to learn too.. Hehe.. :-D

General Election-Effects and causes

As what we can see from our economy today, I believe everybody is in a state of shock. Just due to an angry state, just due to not wanting Samy to continue his job, just due to Hindraf's actions, all of you won't give BN one more chance? Do you think it is worth for the BN to lose just because of these has affected you? Or is it because of friends that affected you? Seriously, i heard a lot people in my campus, newbies for voting, they said, as long as not BN, all other parties also can vote. But, does all of you ever thought about 'what if' they really win, and how will our state looks like? All I know is that BN is trying to keep this country peaceful, isn't it good enough? BN has really spent a lot in helping the needies and poorers, they even gave subsidies for many many things, set up a lower price ceiling on certain stuffs in order for everybody to afford them, set up a higher price floor in order for the poorers to earn more. Perhaps you guys should think from the good view of BN instead. There's a lot of things that all of us won't understand or misunderstand.

Hmm... I don't see why you guys won't accept BN just for a few minor reasons unless is due to wars, then I will understand. And now, the very first day of opening share market has already given you proves that all of you has made a bad choice. However, this is the result of what you've chosen and you'll have to bear all the pains or happiness for another 5 more years. Good luck Selangor. Hope you'll love your new MB.

You know what? Opposition say want to free us from paying toll, or drop the prices of the toll charges, drop the prices of foods, drop the prices of Petrol????? It's impossible! Unless they really have sufficient cash to subsidies all the stuffs, but base on what i can see, they don't even have enough workers, do you think is it possible to give out subsidies? They're totally not prepare for it too! However, we'll observe in another 3 more months. If in these 3 months, there's still no changes, means... you'll know..

So, no matter what you do or vote, think twice before voting, think twice before you do, because you might end up choose the wrong way and go all the way deep down, think about the effects. Don't just because of 1 thing that makes some people angry and you follow suit, we will end up like America, Australia, and etc that keep changing their leaders and end up the economy would be floating up and down, uncontrollable, inconsistent and unstable.

From here, I learned that, don't be easily affected by other people's tricks, they're just bringing you deep down. Just keep your mind straight, do your part, and you'll be able to excel in everything you do. Don't regret of what you've done, don't regret of whom you chose to lead, but all you have to do is to work hard.

I'll stop my mind here. Very sleepy and sloppy indeed. Keke.. But glad to write them out too.

General Election-impact on BN

This General election has badly affected BN a lot. But at least this is a good time to start changing their leadership styles. Although most students said, they can choose other parties rather than BN, but they have never thought how would it be like when other parties control the state. So now, I will see how Selangor changes within these 5 yrs.

Actually, let us think of the positive part of BN, we actually have a good leader. They've changed a lot since the past few yrs. And of all, I'm impressed with our PM that has the patience to deal with all kinds of things, and he is the only leader that could keep cool and steady no matter what has happen.

The reason behind those people say gov or BN are not doing any work is just like talking about god. Just try to think, will the god help you if you never approach them? So what about BN? If you never approach them, will they know how you feel, what you need? That's why, whenever we are trying to talk bad about the gov, try to think back of what have they done or surprise this country and how they build up this country. It's not easy to bring up such a good country where BN has done for 50yrs. Do you think, you will thank to the oppositions that brought up this country? Or would you thank BN for bringing up this country? Just like, will you thank your aunt who only look after you once in awhile or your mom that has brought you up since young, give you all the love that she has? It has the same meaning.

But of course, oppositions will try their best to fulfill our needs. Since this slim defeat has taught BN a lesson, I'm sure BN will work very very hard in order to get back everybody's recognizes. So, people and friends, please try to give BN one more chance to change.

And of all, I'm sure everybody will be happy for Samy to step down. The only reason that has affected him is due to the Hindraf, of course also due to his personality. But i will thank him for whatever he has done to our country, and it's definitely not an easy route for him for 20yrs i think.

Pls don't think I'm BN ppl or apposition ppl ya... I'm actually still on the fence. Both sides have their own good. But BN would be much better if they could give equal attention to Chinese and Indian as Malays. I'm sure, they will get back all the states if they can fulfill all the Chinese and Indians just the same as Malays. I just hope that there will be no fightings or misunderstandings between parties and ppl. Just keep this country as friendly as possible, as peace as possible. And I believe our PM wish that too. But I think Share Market would drop much further due to BN loose their grips on few big states. Nevermind.. just put that aside, i need to focus on my studies though.

First time, first day of using blogger.

Hi everyone,

Today's my first day using blogger. Hmm... Don't really know what to write... However, today's one of my most interesting day... Keke... I went to my dad's friend house launching event, they have lots of games with free McDonald's meal.

The house launching event is organised by SPK, the name of the place is Cahaya SPK, it is located near Bukit Jelutong and also near Monterez Club. While on our way, we lost our way but met my dad's friend at the junction. Then we get to park in the staff's parking lot. So nice yea? Keke...

First of all, when we came down from the car, we went to the 4 sample houses and it has a wonderful design. I think they spent 200thousand just for 1 house. Just imagine how nice would it be... Then we had Pop Corns... The they have lots of games. I took part in some of it... But the game that I enjoyed most is the Bull thingy... The first round of bull was a disaster, so i decided to try the second round. Oh yea... I finally can stand the rocking for a longer time, but it left me fly down from it due to the speed of spinning. Was so dizzy... Keke.... but it was fun... The thigh muscle also kinda pain le... If I get another chance to try it again, i would try it.

After that, we went to get the free McDonald's meal. Although it only contains 1 Jr. country grilled chicken burger, 1 apple pie, and 2 pieces of nuggets, but it was so full.... Those are my combination of breakfast and lunch. Keke...

Anyway, ok la... Will write until here just for today. Will find some other topics to write soon.

Thanks for reading.
